Pretty City London,

I have fallen in love with the beautiful city London and every time I go back my love for the city just growths. I've been making my way down the city weekly now for meetings and last week I had 3 hours spare, I swapped my heels for flats and explored the city by myself.
I walked from Waterloo, past the Big Ben to Trafalgar Square and then headed back to Victoria Station. On the way back I had to stop in Zara (It's a crime not to enter a Zara when walking past a store) and walked past the Buckingham Palace and so many other places of interest.
London has so much to offer and has always intrigued me, the thought of living there next year is so exciting and makes me want to forward the time!

Here are my 10 reasons why I love London:
1) Fashion, is important to London and to me. The home to Supermodels, amazing shopping centres such as the Westfield and of course Oxford Street. I will finally be able to walk around the streets during Fashion Week and understand what everyone has been talking about.
2) Diversity, with so many different cultures, languages and restaurants London is undoubtedly one of the most diverse cities in the world. Being native German myself I love finding new restaurants in London that give me a little taste of home.
3) Big and Beautiful Parks, I grew up in the countryside so living in a city that gives me a little bit of both - big city and country life - can only be amazing.
4) The Queen, who doesn't love the Queen? All we have in Germany is Angela Merkel, whereas we here in London, England even have two adorable Royal Babies and who isn't fascinated by the Buckingham Palace and the Changing of the Guards?
5) Markets,  London has a range of markets that are among the best in the world. All of them are completely different and are all completely wonderful.
6)
The South Bank, this is such a unique experience and has so much to offer for everyone, from the London Eye to the second-hand book markets.

7) Free Museums, London is a expensive city but still being able to have fantastic and cultural days out for free can only be a plus. I mean, The Tate Museum offers free entry and so does the National Portrait Gallery which is my personal favourite.
8) Food, Drinks, Music and Musicals, Pubs everywhere you go and so many places for food you won't be able to decide where to eat. One music festival after another and world famous musicals such as the Lion King. London definitely won't leave you thirsty, starving or uncultured.
9) Trendy Brick-Lane Street, Brick Lane has so much to offer for just a single street. So many cool vintage shops and the most delicious Bagel shop I have ever been too and bakeries everywhere!
10) There is always something new to find, every time I've been to London I discovered something new that blew my socks off.

Why do you love London? I would love to hear your reasons or find out about your favourite places!
