Baking With Macabella Chocolate Spread.

A little secret; Chocolate Spread is my guilty pleasure.

I don't know about you guys, but I certainly believe that chocolate spread is one of the best inventions ever created. They don't just taste amazing on rye bread, which by the way is the only bread I eat, but they also taste amazing in protein shakes; oh the irony of being healthy and a little fatty.

I recently came across a new chocolate spread brand called Macabella, they don't just have a dreamy name but also deliver on the taste. After feeling like eating the whole glass with a spoon I decided to be a little bit more creative for once and came up with a few recipes for 'Chocolate Spread Cupcakes'. By came up I mean that I used the same plain sponge mix that I have been using for the past 5/7/10 years now and know by heart.

I made two different ones; the first one I had mixed the chocolate spread with the baking mix and added some fruits to it. The second one is a gooey chocolate centre and the cupcake for any chocolate freak - like myself.
