All roads lead to ... Rome.
As many of you may know, my lovely boyfriend took me to Rome last month for Valentines' Day - like could I be any luckier? The weather was also super amazing and the trip overall was just stunning, but more to that later on because this is all about my outfits, yay!

Everyone knows that I'm not a sneaker kinda girl so it's no surprise that my holiday attire included block heels and thigh high boots. But hey, at least I was always photo-ready (no my feet didn't hurt).
Italy is the home of Gucci so I obviously had to dress accordingly and bought a few new pieces to take on holiday with me.

Outfit 1: Casual but chic for the Vatican.

I was super lucky and found this super gorgeous blouse in the Topshop Sale for a bargain price of £20. It has frills, a floral print and the fabric is super soft - what more could I want? Considering that the Vatican doesn't allow too much skin I thought it would be the right choice to pair it with trousers and a pair of casual heels.

Outfit 2: Sophisticated for Fendi.

A little travel tip: If you ever go to Rome, make sure to check out the Fendi flagship store that is filled with art created by Karl Lagerfeld. It was an absolute pleasure to walk around the store and see all of his sketches, I couldn't have been happier.

Considering that we went to all the designer shops I wanted to look a bit a more dressed up, but still comfy enough to explore. For me, there was only one combo that ticks all the boxes: The thigh high boot, dress and coat combo. I think we all know, that I'm a sucker for a cute dress.

Outfit 3: Leopard Print and Ankle Booties.

Another new item that I had specifically bought for the holiday was this leopard print coat which I had found at my local H and M store. It's just everything, like oh my god. It's comfy, super cool and goes with so much - the perfect coat for spring.

When in Italy wear your Gucci inspired ankle boots obviously? They were perfect for a day of walking around the historical monuments. I styled them with a casual top, jeans and my all time favourite bag for a stylish tourist look.

Thanks for the boyfriend to also be my photographer xoxo
